These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Serpent's Path. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.

Subscriptions and trials

We offer one subscription: $50 per month (billed monthly), in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. New users may receive a 7-day free trial. At the end of the trial, your subscription will be charged automatically and renew monthly until canceled.

You can cancel any time from your billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the Service. Don't share accounts. Don't use the Service for anything illegal, harmful to others, or that infringes our rights or anyone else's. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Your content

You own everything you create in Serpent's Path. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to operate the Service for you.

Disclaimers

Serpent's Path is provided "as is." We make no warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Service is not medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect.
