Refund Policy

Free trial

Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial. You can cancel during the trial at any time from your billing portal and you will not be charged.

After the trial

Subscriptions are billed in advance monthly ($50). Because access is granted immediately, we do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial periods. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then.

Exceptions

We may issue a discretionary refund within 7 days of a charge if you experienced a material technical issue we could not resolve. Email billing@serpentspath.app with your account email and a description of the issue.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — we can almost always resolve it faster directly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination.
